The name of your site is Heavenly Promises, but when I went to check out, your paypal account info said Delight Design. Why is that? Who is Delight Design?
Heavenly Promises is a division of Delight Design. All payments are made to the Delight Design account. Rest assured that your order WILL be processed, and you will receive your order from Heavenly Promises.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa or Mastercard, and PayPal. Our shopping cart sends your credit card information securely through encryption. If you prefer, you can also call us with your credit card information, or send us a fax or order by mail.

What kind of paper are the wrappers printed on?
The candy wrappers and gum pack wrappers are printed on high quality soft-gloss laser paper OR a high quality, bright white laser brochure paper. The individual stick gum wrappers are printed on high quality, bright white laser brochure paper. The TicTac labels, custom tea bag labels, and mini-round labels are printed on a white soft-matte label. We use a professional Xerox laser printer, so we can provide the highest quality wrappers and labels!

What kind of candy are the wrappers designed to wrap around?
The wrappers fit around genuine Hershey® bars, in the 1.55 oz size and the Hershey® miniature size. The gum wrappers fit over individual sticks of Wrigley's® gum, and 5-stick gum packs. We also offer labels to fit over TicTac containers and labels for tea bag packets and water bottles.

The Hershey® full-size bars don't look like they used to. How do I wrap your wrappers over the new style of Hershey® bar? I want the bars to look like the "old style".
We sell 6"x8" foil sheets, for just this reason. These sheets will cover one Hershey® full size (1.55 oz.) candy bar.

Since the Hershey® company changed the style of their full-size wrappers, these foil sheets help give the illusion of the "old style".

Simply fold under and tape the sealed edges to the back of the Hershey® bar, and then wrap your bars with a foil sheet. Wrapping the foil over the bar is like wrapping a flat present. And please note: the Hershey® company REQUIRES that you leave the original wrapper on the bar.

Once the foil sheet is wrapped over the Hershey wrapper, wrap our wrapper over the top of the foil. Voila! You have the "old style" Hershey® look!

Can I see my wrapper design before you print it to make sure there are no errors?
Yes - in fact we encourage this. Just let us know how you'd like us to send the wrapper proof - by email, by fax, or by mail.

I am flying in to Las Vegas to get married. Can you deliver my wrappers, and what other services do you offer?
- YES, we WILL DELIVER your order to your hotel when you arrive in Las Vegas for your wedding, for a small fee of $5.00.
- Please order at least two weeks AHEAD OF TIME, so we can be ready to deliver your order when you arrive.
- And because of the LOCAL DELIVERY, we can offer you WRAPPED CANDY.

I like your wrappers, but I want a verse other than what you have pictured. Can the verse be changed?
Yes. We will personalize any of our wrappers for you. Basically any text on the wrapper examples can be changed to accommodate your needs. We are limited with the versions we use because of copyright issues - we only use New International Version (NIV), King James Version (KJV) and New Century Version (NCV).

How long does it take to receive my wrappers?
That depends. We process orders once payment has been received. If you would like to see a wrapper proof, the process takes about 7-10 days between receiving payment and shipping your order. Of course that depends on how quickly you respond to us when we send you the wrapper proof. If you don't request a wrapper proof, it will take about 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.

Is it hard to wrap the wrappers around the candy?
No, it's not difficult. We'll send you instructions and a few extra wrappers so you can practice once or twice before using the wrappers you ordered.

I see that you offer Gum Wrappers. Can I order candy wrappers AND gum wrappers that match?
Yes! We can transfer our candy wrapper designs to the gum wrapper format. Occasionally the gum wrappers look a little different because of the size and spacing, but the wrapper designs will still be complimentary.  We make every effort to offer ALL our designs in ALL the various formats.  Just ask, and we'll put together a proof for you!
